Today, in china, green agriculture and safety of food are advocated, which accelarate the agriculture to develop continually and healthly. So, it’s significant to promote high effective,low poisonous and low rudimental pesticide to prevent the crops from disease and inscets and enhance the output of crops.Farmers is the principal part to buy and use pesticide. They live dispersively in broad rural area, working in a small scale and individual form. It’s a great challenge to take marketing action in the country, On the hand, advanced product is difficult to be sold to the farmers, on the other hand, farmers need advanced products earnestly. This paper basing on real cases of my company, from the angle of marketing, analyses the status of the pesticide marked and the environment the company has to faced in Anhui Province .SWOT analysis method are used in the paper to analyze the opportunity、strength、threat and weakness of the company. Domestic pharmaceutical companies compete with the price in the low-end market on the generic drugs. China has tremendous medicine market. It is inevitable that multinational companies will expand further in the domestic market. Faced with the growing international market of China, China’s pharmaceutical enterprises have entered a crucial stage for the autarkic innovation.To enhance the ability of pharmaceutical companies’ technological innovation, we should know the variables influencing the pharmaceutical technological innovation. Which are the key factors? What are the differences or gaps from the developed countries on these factors? Then, we can learn the experience from the foreign countries to make more reasonable policies according to the local conditions. Therefore, this paper’s aim is to provide reference for policy makers by establishing a macroscopic framework that influence the pharmaceutical companies’ technological innovation and giving a microscopic comparison with the foreign countries to find the difference on these variables.Because the process and characteristics of pharmaceutical technology innovation in our country are the same as foreign countries, we established a framework for influencing factors according to the related studies in Italy, Australia and Britain. We concluded 27 variables and 16 key factors that influence the pharmaceutical companies’ technology innovation. A dominant advantage for the theories of value chain is the systemic. The dissertation applied the structure of pharmaceutical industry network to research the variables of pharmaceutical technology innovation. The variables are classified into three categories: the variables that is about the actions to principle value chain by assistant value chain; variables on principle value chain; variables in the environment of value network. By comparing with the foreign countries, we fund the difference in these variables and concluded four actions to principle value chain by assistant value chain: First, regulate the actions of the bodies on principle value chain. Second, promote the principle value chain to get resources. Third, improve the innovation efficiency of the principle value chain by ensuring the enterprises get the longest patent period .Fourth, push the innovation companies to get the revenue. There are five differences in pharmaceutical innovation value network between China and England or America. First, the encouraging function by assistant value chain to the principle value chain is not sufficient. Second, the regulation is not suitable. Third, the fluent of the value can’t maximize the value of the chain. Fourth, as the bodies in value unit are excessive, the structure of value network is loose. Fifth, the environment of the network should to be improved.Finally, in view of the existing problems in the pharmaceutical innovation value network , the dissertation bring forward five proposals: First, integrate the value of pharmaceutical innovation value network to a more close structure. Second, strengthen the government investment especially to the clinical value unit. Third, improve the motivation of technology innovation by resolving the problems with the variable of pricing, reimbursement and uptake of the medicine. Fourth, the government should make a more strict supervision or management to ensure drug quality which is the premise of fair competition and to accelerate the pharmaceutical companies with low drug quality level to withdraw the market. Fifth, encourage the companies to invest long-time and get the resources by improving the environment of the value network.
Eco-tourism, as a tourism that basically features protection, education, and responsibility, is becoming more and more vital nowadays when ecological environment issues are more and more critical, and it has become popular with lots of tourists and tourism industry all around the world. Tourism development is now appreciating rapidity ever than before. Then, in the development of eco-tourism. it is worth the researchers’ attention that how to harmonize both the tourism and the ecological development, make the tourism resources recyclable, and keep the tourism development sustainable. Therefore, how to scientifically determine and manage the eco-tourism environmental capacity of a view spot is the key to the study, which includes theory system study and management tool study, and each has its own focus. However, at present most studies are concentrated in the construction, improvement, and application of the theory system, yet the management tool study is neglected.This paper has systematically demonstrated the system theory framework, and has made up for the neglected part in this field, choosing the zhongnanbaicao destination as a case study and using both the parameter system and the LAC theory. The major study achievements are as follows:(1) Constructed the system theory framework of the eco-tourism environmental capacity, on the base of a brief introduction of the development of the eco-tourism; suggested the definition of the eco-tourism and the eco-tourism environmental capacity, of which the elements are discussed, the traits are analyzed, and the related theories are studied.(2) Analyzed and quantified each parameter of the eco-tourism environmental capacity and illustrated the computation model, taking the available theory and the features of the view spot into account; applied the LAC system to the plan and the management of the eco-tourism area; suggested the issues and the relevant solutions.(3) Applied the parameter system and the LAC theory to the case study of zhongnanbaicao destination; introduced the scale and the primary conditions of this area; computed the maximum number of tourists by creating the parameter system, and analyzed the limitations of the number of tourist population. The LAC theory determines the conditions of the eco-tourism environmental capacity in the eco-tourism area by analyzing the relationship among the resources, social condition parameters, and the criteria, assuring the implementation of the management plans. Parameter system is more fit in macro-directing while the management tool, the LAC theory, is more practical. This paper, using both of them, is remarkably effective.(4) Demonstrated the relationship between the eco-tourism environmental capacity and eco-tourism planning; summed the process of programming and designing of an eco-tourism plan: exemplified the application of the eco-tourism theory system and the management tool.
Research on Extraction, Physicochemical Property and Antioxidation of Purple Dioscorea Batatas Decne
Dioscorea batatas Decne, an annual or perennial twining liana plant, belongs to dioscorea batatas family. It is mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical areas in Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia. Dioscorea batatas Decne is rich in carbohydrates, and also contains protein, various vitamins, chemicals, indicant, and mucilage which are beneficial to human body. It is bright red, and has developed rhizomes in the shape of a sole, thus named. Its colors vary from white to puce （purple）. Purple ones indicate that they contain certain pigments, belonging to anthocyanin. Anthocyanin, a kind of flavonoid compound, is an edible natural pigment of water-solubility. At present, few researches have been done on the pigment of Dioscorea batatas Decne. Domestic researches have been limited to the separation and extraction of it. In the paper, the writer has made an initial exploration into the separation and extraction of the pigments in purple Dioscorea batatas Decne, and the stability and the biological activity of extracorporeal anti-oxidation have also been studied in the paper, which has provided a theoretical foundation on which to take advantage of anthocyanin, and develop functionality foods from Dioscorea batatas Decne.Based on Orthogonal experiments, the paper first studies the best technological conditions under which to lixiviate pigments of Dioscorea batatas Decne. The results show that pure anthocyanin can be extracted by filtering steep, adsorbing colophony, decompression and cubage reduction, under the condition that 1.5 percent of citric acid ethanol liquor serves as the best lixiviator, which should be heat up under the constant temperature of 60℃for 60 minutes, and the proportion of general materials should be 1:10.At the same time, the paper also studies the stability of the pigment in purple Dioscorea batatas Decne, showing its stability under the condition of pH<3 high acid liquids, and its unstability under the condition of pH > 5 liquids. It possesses certain heat-resistance, but the temperature should not be over 90℃. It has relatively poor lightfastness. Most metal ions will not have great effects on the stability of the pigment, while Al3+、Fe3+ do have great impacts, among which Al3+、Fe3+ tend to increase the absorbency of the pigment.In the paper, two extracorporeal anti-oxidation models have been adopted to study the extracorporeal anti-oxidation of pigment in purple Dioscorea batatas Decne so that the potential of pigment as a function gene of anti-oxidation can be fully understood. The results indicate that pigment in purple Dioscorea batatas Decne possesses considerably strong ability to eliminate·OH and·O2-, and its ability has so much to do with its thickness.
Friction and wear were the primary cause of failure of mechanical seals. In this study, in consideration of mechanical seals insufficiency of oil in low velocity and high load, a pulsed Nd:YAG laser was adopted to fabricate the textured surface. In theoretical research, an analysis model was developed for mechanical seals with a laser-textured micro-pores face. The nondimensional steady-state Reynolds equation was solved by finite difference method. The computing method was programmed by Visual C++.The effects of geometry parameters and experiment condition on the mechanical seals performances of the partial face with micro-pores were analyzed. Then the experimental values were compared to the calculational values. Optimal geometry parameters and experiment condition were selected to gain the lowest leakage and friction.Experimental results indicated frictional properties were dependent on geometry parameters and experiment condition include pore radius, area density, pore depth, load, velocity and viscosity. When the pore radius changed from 50 to 100μm, the friction torque would reduce while the pore radius increased. The friction torque would reduce firstly then increase with the increase of the value of pore depth when its value changed from 10 to 50μm. The friction torque would increase while the load, velocity or viscosity increased.Calculational results indicated that geometry parameters and experiment condition had effect on film opening force, stiffness, leakage and frictional properties. The optimum values of micro-pore geometry parameters were presented based on the biggest hydrodynamic pressure, lowest leakage, friction and cost. The seal performed well when the geometry parameters were in the range of follows: the micro-pore area density was about 0.2, the micro-pore radius was about 100μm and the ratio of micro-pore to diameter was about 0.3 .Appropriate load, velocity and viscosity were also important.The calculational results were compared with the experimental results. The formers accorded well with the latters but much smaller.
Based on the engineering background of liquid-propellant rocket engines, the characteristics of electrical ignition with liquid propellant have been researched in this paper. The main points are stated as following:Firstly, an ignition experiment equipment is designed which is used to heat single droplet of liquid-propellant with electricity. The propellant used in these experiments is LP1846. Time series photographs of the process what the droplet undergoes in all kinds of experimental conditions and characteristic parameters have been obtained. Some preliminary analyses about the experiment phenomena and mechanism are proposed. When the largest load voltage is increased, the effect of delayed ignition with droplet has been discussed.Secondly, a discharge experiment equipment of pulsed power source and a spray device with liquid propellant are designed in this paper. Under the conditions of single-pulse discharge, the disquisition of ignition characteristics with LP1846 spray has been investigated. On the basis of experiments, a simple calculation model of intense burning period of delay with LP1846 spray has been developed. The calculated theoretical results are in good agreement with experimental data.Thirdly, a sequence-pulse discharge device is designed. Discharge frequency is 50Hz. With this device, the experimental study of electrical ignition characteristics with LP1846 spray has been investigated. Results indicate that the droplets between two electrodes can combust in instantaneous moment, under the conditions which the discharge power is 50W, these LP1846 droplets are about tens of microns.
As far as we know, Cu-ZSM-5 zeolites are the best catalysts for NO direct decomposition （De-NO） in medium temperature. In this paper, the improved zeolites catalysts M-Cu-zsm-5（M=Ce, La, Ag） were characterized .By XRD, ICP, SEM, IR and NO-TPD. By studying the influence of ion-exchange condition, promoter addition, reaction temperature, GHSV and O2 concentration on the activity of catalysts in a fixed bed micro-reactor, the optimum preparation conditions and the reaction conditions were determined, and the NO decomposition reaction kinetics was analyzed.In the preparation process, the optimum concentration of Cu ion-exchange solution is found to be 0.011 mol/L. The loading of Cu is increased with the exchange times increase. The NO removal rate of the 1st and 3rd ion-exchanged Cu-ZSM-5 achieved its maximum value under oxygen-free condition at 600℃, with the former 5% higher than the latter.The addition of Ag+ or Ce3+ can both increase the activity of catalyst and reduce reaction temperature. Ion-exchange is the best loading method comparing with blending method and impregnation method. The optimum ion-exchange sequence of Ag-Cu-ZSM-5 is loading Ag+ first, and then Cu2+, which the NO removel could reach 60% at 320℃within 5% of O2. But when adding Ce to the catalyst, Ce3+ and Cu2+ should be loaded at the same time, which the NO removel could reach 61% at 330℃. The doping of Ce and La can strengthen the oxygen resistance and widen the activiy temperature interval. Under the O2 content of 5% at 320℃-350℃, the NO removal rate could maintain more than 62% for 30h on Cu-Ce-La-ZSM-5, indicating that Ce、La compete for O2 absorption in the reaction region, which solving the oxygen-repressed problem. The addition of CaH2（10% wt.） into Cu-Ce-La-ZSM-5 can greatly promote the NO removel, which could reach 83% at 340℃,. The SEM result showes that CaH2 improve pore structure of the catalyst, which facilitaing the surface area increasement and catalytic activity promotion.The conclusion of macrokinetics analysis is followed as: the De-NO reaction order is 2, the apparent velocity constant was 1.21×105m3·s-1·mol-1, and the apparent activation energy is 37kJ/mol.
