On the other hand, it opens a window for Chinese people to learn Western culture which has influence on the social psychology and behavior.The article attempts to find the new changes and also the reasons in the perspective of Chinese and Western Culture in modern times. This theoretical observation is not only scanning of history, but also speculation of present.The first part origins from the static physical angle and take”eating”and”drinking”as point of penetration. It analyzes the changes of Chinese food culture with the striking from Western food culture;The second part states from the dynamic behavior angle focusing on the behavior changing since modern time under the background of communication between Chinese and Western dietary. It includes the changes of dinning and banquet;The third part analyzes from the psychology angle. It states the psychological changes of dietary with the western influence;The forth part, from culture, economic and political angle, searches the reasons for the changes mentioned above;The fifth part compares the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and Western dietary culture from the values angle and seeks how Chinese people absorb the favorable issues from western. Besides, it explores the new brightening prospect to further Chinese dietary culture development sticking to national tradition.

Dietetic culture which has its character is an important part of the traditional Chinese culture,and is an important part of world dietetic culture . It is not only materially exists in different kinds of diet schools, but also in plenty of diet documents. In addition to these documents, Chinese dietetic culture also exists in the lively and popular form–literature. This is the”Dietetic Literature”. Among the many literary works, the dietetic culture in one of the famous four <Outlaws of the Marsh>has distinctive features. Although academics have conducted some studies on it, but there is still existing a large space to research and exploration. Based on this point, the paper aimed at a deeper and rational study on the diet culture of < Outlaws of the Marsh>.< Outlaws of the Marsh> adopted the story of Song dynasty, and based on the culture of Yuan dynasty, this thesis mainly took the method of history combined with text. Firstly, I studied different groups of their food outlook, then highlighted”liangshan”groups’food features. Secondly, from the background of the Song and Yuan dynasty, especially Yuan dynasty, I discussed the main figures dietetic tactics and causes. Lastly, analyzed the mentalities of its dietetic culture.Through research, I come to the following major points: First, the novel emphasized on the description of”liangshan”group’food life; Second, the dietetic culture in the novel had four features which contained pop feature,”xiashi”feature, minorities’feature; Three, the food description showed multiple dietetic mentalities; Four, the description about”Eats the human”which was very controversial was not fabricate, it deeply explained the ideology of”food is what most important for people”; Five, the novel reflected many real dietetic phenomenon in Song and Yuan Dynasties ; Six, I conclude the rule between”diet”and”literature”in the novel. Therefore, the “Outlaws of the Marsh” is important materials for the Song and Yuan Dynasties dietetic culture study.From the Song and Yuan Dynasties this specific social and historical background, This paper conduct a panoramic view of the concern to “Outlaws of the Marsh”, and analyzed the structure, tactics, causes and mentalities systematically and deeply. This is an innovative research ideas of the “Outlaws of the Marsh”, but also a try to open up the new road of “Dietetic Literature”. The study can help us to understand our ancient and modern society, and to understand the culture of our society.

From Taibo’s coming, Wu area started to exchange different culture with its neighbors and ultimately becomes the advanced culture of China. On the other hand the inclusion of Wuxi food shows the harmonious of Wu culture. The eating structure of Wuxi people’s and the preference of sweet food embodies the characters of Wuxi people.
