With the development of Society and economy, he effect that the regional economy growth model has on regional economy development draws more and more attention. Because of the unique advantages of industrial cluster model, more and more domestic and foreign experts and local Governments start to adopt this mode to promote regional economy’s development and to enhance the competitiveness of regional industries. In this context, Zhejiang has started its own research and application of industrial cluster model in order to promote its regional economy development. Rooted in its unique regional culture, Zhejiang has already shapes its own economy growth model with its unique characteristics. In Zhejiang, timber processing industry, which plays a significant role in regional economy, shows the effectiveness of industrial cluster model.Based on the macro-economic background that to accelerate regional economy development, and to transform and upgrade the model of the economy in Zhejiang Province, with the help of industrial cluster theory, the research of timber processing industry cluster from domestic and overseas scholars, This paper adopted the method of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and drawn the conclusions as follows.There are three characteristics of the development of Zhejiang timber processing industry in industrial cluster model. First, raw materials and sales markets “two out”; Second “the professional market + small and medium-sized business model; Third “spontaneous formation + government-driven” model of cluster growth.It also analyses main factors that influence the development of Zhejiang timber processing industry cluster. The analysis shows that the main factors include company operation, government, business environment, company relationships and resources supply. Also, this paper analyses and depicts the mechanism of each main factors.The analysis of the mechanism of enterprises’operation are mainly from three aspects of human resources, technological innovation and business management methods.The analysis on the Government’s motivating factor includes the use of support policies to guide industry concentration; strengthening the regional brand to cultivate and enhance the image of regional industries; speeding up the construction of the professional market in order to lower transaction costs; building bridges between businesses and universities, scientific research institutions. Analysing the factor of business environment mainly from the two aspects of infrastructure and intermediary supporting institutions. The factor of supply of resources the main raw materials supply and fund raising. the analysis of the factor of inter-firm linkages mainly the vertical chain links from the main line of wood supply and the level links beween enterprises with competing relationship existing in regional networks.Finally, it is the suggestion to promote the development of Zhejiang timber processing industrial cluster from the view of the company, company relationships and the government , based on the analysis above and the current situation of the development and characteristics of Zhejiang timber processing industry cluster.

With the improvement of people’s living standards, the demands of meat, eggs and milk was increasing continuously which had taken the development of livestock and poultry industry in Zhejiang province. The waste from the livestock and poultry production was very great, which in some extent has affected the surrounding ecological environment. So it had great practical significance to estimate the amount of the waste, the treatment and management system.Through questionnaire and field survey to livestock and poultry industries, these methods had tried to find out the status, treatment and recycle way to deal with the livestock and poultry waste in rural areas in Zhejiang Province, as well as the environment protection awareness of the farmers. According to different classification questionnaire, data was analyzed by Excel. The result demonstrated that regional difference was large and the community was short of environment awareness. Excreta parameters of poultry excrements were determined, based on figures of Zhejiang statistical yearbook from 2005 to 2008 years, and then the amount of poultry excrements, feces loading in farmland and alarming values for loading amount of animal feces were all estimated. The result demonstrated that the amount of livestock and poultry excrements were all above 30 million ton. The amount of pig excrements was largest, and was followed by poultry excrements. Jiaxing was on the top of the amount of livestock and poultry excrements. In these four years the average pollution loading of the province reached 13.9.4 t·hm-2·a-1, Quzhou, Jiaxing and Hangzhou exceed the average of the pollution loading every year.In the future, the countermeasures to deal with pollution resulted from poultry excrements should include the following aspects: enact and practice index system of livestock farm, perfect eco-management of livestock and poultry breeding industry, construct exemplary base for ecological environment protection, improve level of cycle disposaling livestock and poultry breeding industry waste, strengthen education of waste cycle utilization.

Chinese tea culture possesses a long history, especially in the history of Ming Dynasty, with its economy, culture, science and technology achieved unprecedented prosperity, tea culture has also opened a new period of development. Zhejiang has a long history, rich culture and quite developed economy,and it was one of China’s major tea producing area in the middle of Ming dynasty,when a comprehensive tea studies system of regional characters-tea cultivation, tea garden management, tea procession technology, and tea culture was evolved.Famous tea like Hangzhou Longjing, Shaoxing Rizhu, Changxing Luo Jie, etc. can be found in literature recordation. Zhejiang tea scholars who were addicted to it wrote books one after another by summing up tea-related doctrines and a series of of collected works of their predecessors and contemporary time on tea cultivation, tea procession, tea storage, tea appreciation, water appreciation, tea companion and environment, which enriched Chinese tea cultural connotation and made an unique contribution to it.”Research on Zhejiang Tea Culture in Ming Dynasty “seeks to use the view and method of dialectical materialism, historical materialism, using chorography and tea books as the main source of information. From the perspective of comparative study,the study and discussion were done by putting Zhejiang tea industry and the its culture in Ming Dynasty into the larger context of Chinese tea industry and its development and evolution,thus revealing that Zhejiang’s tea industry and its tea culture of ancient time was a peak representative of acient time.The research on Zhejiang tea culture in Ming Dynasty not only enriches the content of Chinese tea culture, but also has a positive effect for the development of tea culture. In this paper, the main contents of each chapter are as follows:Chapter one is an introduction consists of the basis and background of topics of this paper, a literature review of Zhejiang tea culture research in Ming Dynasty, innovation content of the study and issues which need to be further studied; in the second chapter,the author discussed Chinese tea culture before the Ming Dynasty, tea business before the Six Dynasties, the formation and development of tea culture in Tang Dynasty and tea culture development in Song and Yuan Dynasties;Chapter three unfolds geographic, economic and cultural background of Zhejiang during the Ming Dynasty, and Chinese society with its economic and cultural situation at that time, highlighting the important reasons for tea culture flourishing in Zhejiang; Chapter IV is the focus of this article, it expounds the development of tea industry in Ming Dynasty, through the discussion of tea seeds, tea tree, tea garden management, change of tea making, the feat of tea-drinking, external communication, indicating the fact that Zhejiang tea industry played an important role in the tea industry at the time; Chapter V reveals the unique contribution made to Chinese tea culture by Zhejiang tea culture in Ming Dynasty, from the establishment of school system and the centrality of tea industry, as well as its tea book fair. This chapter is also a key part of the paper;Chapter VI is the conclusion part which describes the research results obtained in this paper. The causes of advantages bringing Zhejiang tea culture and its development in the Ming Dynasty are analyzed, in this part, the author looks forward to the positive impact brought by the research of Zhejiang tea culture in Ming Dynasty to the current social development of Zhejiang Province and future research which needs to be continued is brought up as well.On the basis of the above chapters, through the study and research of Zhejiang tea industry, it comes to the conclusion that a completed tea science system was established at that time from practical experience and theoretical summary by tea cultivation, tea garden management, change of tea processing, and environmental aspects of tea culture as well. Zhejiang tea culture of tea cultivation, tea procession and the feat of tea-drinking had an important status and influence at that time, and was in the trend-setting position. The contribution made by Zhejiang tea culture to Chinese tea culture is not only of significant reference for a bigger and stronger tea industry and for deepening the study of tea culture currently, but also enriches the studies of Zhejiang culture in Ming Dynasty, which has some practical significance on cultural construction in Zhejiang Province.

With the development of world economy, industrial clusters appear in the world as a special economic form. Many countries and regions have been improving their own economy by making use of the industrial clusters’ advantages. In a word, the industrial clusters have made important contribution to the development of their economy.Along with the development of reform and opening-up, the local industrial clusters in Zhejiang sprang up everywhere, and vigorously promoted the development of Zhejiang’s economy. Zhejiang garment industrial clusters got rapid growth on this basis and, become important strengths to promote economic development in many parts of Zhejiang province, for example, Hangzhou, Ningbo. However, at present these garment industrial clusters are still in the initial stage of development of the cluster.In the face of the fierce international competition,Zhejiang garment industrial clusters don’t show the competitiveness. In contrast, many problems within it appear. Many enterprises are lack of the ability of independent innovation. There are lack of communication and cooperation between enterprises and other institutions too. Perfect cluster innovation network has not taken shape. All these are root causes of this situation.The development and improvement of cluster innovation network is subject to the exchanges and cooperation of behavioral agents and, it also can contribute to the spread of new knowledge and new technologies. The companies in the cluster will get more innovative knowledge and much information so as to march better technical innovation. In a sense, this will avail the overall upgrade of industrial clusters.Although Zhejiang garment industrial clusters have achieved some development in recent years, many problems still exist in the process of the upgrade of Zhejiang garment industrial clusters. How to solve these problems so as to promote the innovation and upgrade of Zhejiang garment industrial clusters and to further drive economic development in Zhejiang become a tough problem which the local government and enterprises of Zhejiang must solve.According to the existing problem in the process of the upgrade of Zhejiang garment industrial cluster, the author comprehensively applies a series of related theories, such as the basic theory of industrial cluster, the theory of industrial cluster’s upgrade, cluster innovation network theory and so on to study the mechanism. That how cluster innovation network promotes the upgrade of Zhejiang garment industrial clusters in this paper. The study has important theoretical and practical value to guide the upgrade of Zhejiang garment industrial clusters.In the third chapter of this paper, the author first points out that continuous innovation ability is the fundamental power which promotes the upgrade of garment industrial cluster, then analyses the innovation dilemma of the small and medium enterprises in garment industrial clusters and, concludes that being lack of exchanges and cooperation between the enterprises and other institutions is the key reason to the current dilemma. At the same time, the author still points out that it’s necessary to build innovation networks in garment industrial clusters. On the basis, the author specifically analyses the cluster innovation network’s role in the upgrade of garment industrial cluster. In the last, the author analyses and discusses the mechanism that how cluster innovation network promotes the upgrade of garment industrial clusters from two aspects of formal and informal innovation network.In the fourth chapter, the author first analyses the present situations of Zhejiang garment industrial clusters and its innovation network, then analyses the adverse factors in the innovation and upgrade of Zhejiang garment industrial clusters. In the last, the author chooses the typical case of it-Ningbo garment industrial cluster to analyze its innovation network’s role in promoting the upgrade of it. The analysis based on the case of Ningbo is to find some empirical support for the conclusion of the paper and at the same time. It will also provide some practical reference and guide values with the upgrade of Zhejiang garment industrial clusters.In the fifth chapter, the author elaborates the strategies and recommendations from five aspects, such as enterprises, local government and so on.In the end, the author gives a summary and outlook to the paper, and points out the limitations of the paper and future research directions.
